• Personalized Jewelry: Due to their custom, made-to-order nature, hand-stamped or engraved pieces are final sale.
• Fine/Demi-Fine Jewelry: All Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry is final sale. As these items are handmade to order, please be sure to confirm your sizing before purchasing.
Sets must be returned or exchanged as a complete set, not individually.
To start a return, please email to us with your order number and shipping zip code. Returns may take up to 14 days to process, and a $6 return/exchange fee applies.

Warranty Policy
We offer a one-year warranty covering material and workmanship defects on all jewelry, along with a lifetime color warranty for our Forever Gold Collection. This warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, and damage from improper use or storage. Fine/Demi-Fine jewelry includes a lifetime warranty with repair or replacement for material or workmanship issues.
